Looks like an almost decent Evolve Shaman. Maybe add some Evolves, Doppelgangsters and Nerubian Prophets. Alternatively, you could go balls deep and make it more Jade or go Murloc with Everyfin is Awesome + the Finishers. Anyway you go, Al'Akir just doesn't fit any of those decks well. Will mage quest be tier1-2? I've playtested this deck twice and managed to get time warp by turn 9&10. OTK the turn after that (10&11). Could've gotten it faster obviously but played some ice blocks&frost nova's to simulate a real game.

In a physical card game where sets return the onus is on the player to sell individual cards that already lost their value so most everyone still has the good ones, but it's still a big incentive to many to just dust their entire rotated collection with a click of a button (because they don't like fun), plus they probably just want to keep pushing the shiniest new pack to keep the game relevant with publicity, so I don't know if they will go in that direction

Also I'm not a fan of that design. It's 1 more click every time you want to pick something. I will never have 9 decks per class since, well, a class is happy if it has 3 viable decks. handbuff currently blows jade druid/reno anything out of the water, it's got explosive combo potential with enough gas to stand with most midrange/control decks but it's first few turns are weak and not having handbuff cards in the early game is an automatic loss against pirate warrior/midrange jade shaman

Pirate Warrior is already winning against Jade Druid and it loses only Finley while Druid loses Brann, Living Roots, Mulch and Raven Idol. Where Living Roots are the only way they can try to get early board control. Without that, Pirate Warrior will set up a nice board so Druid's 3/6 is nothing.

The worst cards your likely to get out of Lyra are like Power Word Tentacles, Mind Control, and Free From Amber because they're too slow to use, but not cheap enough to cycle.

I practice a decent blend of board clear and going face, but this always happens:
