its surprisingly easy. I put alot of AP into demo and destro on my lock then decided I'd rather play Affliction. All I did was Suramar quests up getting the mask plus a few WQ and was able to get get up to the first gold trait. Still haven't refunded the AP so I guess technically if I wanted I could just max out the entire artifact and then do it.

Not anymore. It also helps that I turned off practically every addon now in 7.2 after finding out about addon control panel. Playing on a toaster laptop with a 512 mb 650m isn't the most visually pleasing nor enjoyable experience I have had with WoW over the years.

I got into two Asmongold Gul'dan mount runs and sucked ass though, but a dk in the second one gave me the tier legs which helped me drop my 860 shoulder for a 895 I got from the M+ squish. I should probably make a wa remind me more when DnD is up too.

I don't honestly understand the design philosophy behind the artifact challenges. I'd thought they'd go with the logical thing, which would be tailoring the challenges to whether you're a tank, heal or dps. Yet Blizzard seems to think designing them in such a way that you need to be tank, heal AND dps is better for some reason.

What makes this even more mind-boggling is that they already had a prototype of these challenges in MoP that worked perfectly fine.

Demo is fun IMO but a lot of people hate the playstyle of keeping track of and buffing demons. It's really fun having a billion imps, 2 felguards and a doomguard out at the same time though. On top of the talking skull you also get your demons talking to you.
