Thats the failing of the moba culture attached to those bronze/silver/gold rankiings

Moba's deemphasize a lot of personal skill and have a lot to do with whole map awareness and capacity for teamwork. A support that can't hit shit but perfectly coordinates with their team wins more than they lose. A mid that works well with their jungler wins more than they lose. Personal skill doesn't have nearly as much of an impact.

Its hard to learn those things that make people better at mobas, but fighting games aren't mobas. You can learn setups, matchups, combos, etc and improve them on your own.
So while someone may be a silver at league and never move past it, its not hard to imagine an ultra bronze putting in the work and making plat if he has the will.

I bought that 7$ blazblue game of steam.
Its kind of shit. What should I do.
Joined a game with people in it and did the *licklick* thing but they just ignored me, eventually the room closed.

I find SFV's story to be even worse than most fighting games story standards. I know that fighting games have shitty stories by definition, but it feels like the devs didn't even try to make it interesting somehow. It just reeks of carelessness and lack of effort. Which is pretty much everything about SFV, not just the story.

I play Laura, but I'm not an apologist. V-trigger damage for some of the moves, like HP Bolt, has to be removed. EX Clap into HP Bolt deals way too much damage, it should be drastically cut.
