while an Over the Moon Evie has the chance of Soaring faster and longer, making retreating and attacking way less predictable. With a certain loadout, you may even soar into your enemy while zigzagging to get that last killing blow, without having to fear about Soar's cooldown.

Umm, just me or are the servers really shit right now? I can't seem to lag (shots are all accurate) but I can't control my characters. If an enemy has 2000 HP and you 100-0 them with weapon shots, you only heal 200 HP. With Kill-to-Heal, you heal 300 HP straight away. However, there's also some other things to keep in mind:

About a week ago I got a closed beta key for my PlayStation, I played this back when it was extremely early cause my friend gave me a key though. The game was atrocious but the game has improved a lot now, it's really fun.

I've been running a deck as Viktor, making me highly mobile and hard to kill, often going games with no deaths and almost more than 50% of my team's damage.
The only things that bug me a bit are how Jewish their being over cosmetics with chest and 3 different types of currencies? What the fuck? Also, some heroes like the turtle with the hook/dragon with rockets, Viktor, etc. etc. are clearly cut and paste OW heroes. The game still manages to be more fun than I've had in that game though.

Picking out an enemy and bursting them down is a very common concept. Pudge's Meat Hook into Rot+Dismember for example.

Dwarfs with technology are a very common trope.
So are knights with shields. If anything, the flamethrower is a very unique touch on top an otherwise overused concept.

I Played when Evie was released, the game's garbage. So glad they changed it to what it is right now.

Believe me when I say that he wasn't. He was awful and boring. His first ability was called dual fire and it would just give him an attack speed boost. his movement skill (he would hover on the air ignoring gravity) was insanely underwhelming (and eventually becare truly awful as the maps were made smaller and smaller).
