First of all, why do you not get 400? Blue engrams go to 385, Purples to 390, and faction packages to 400. Even if you were the busiest person on the planet with only one hour to play a day, you'd be able to hit 400 by now.

So the folks I play with and I just finished the 390 Crota, and I gotta say. You know that fantastic feeling you get when you finish a tough raid for the first time and then head to the Tower? I've never felt it so good as I did tonight.

Remember that d1 is on an old engine made for dedgen.
D2 will, presumably, be on a newer better engine that will allow larger, more detailed maps.
Looking at d1, hopefully, won't give you a good idea how d2 will work.

Aside from the initial loading screen we have while flying to a location, Destiny already has eliminated traditional loading screens. Unless you rush through them, the long corridors breaking sections apart, they serve as the loading screens.

Unless someone comes up with a new way of reading data, we won't eliminate loading screens, only reduce the time looking at them.

PC will have the advantage of higher clocked RAM and the added benefit of SSDs. Though the way it currently works is even if you have a faster HHD or SSD, you won't load into a Raid or PvP quicker then the slowest person.
