Generally you want Spd or Atk boon on every unit and HP/Def/Res bane.
If your unit is slow to begin with however, Spd becomes not as good (or even bad) boon and Atk is preferred.

I have both Tiki's but the Loli is -Atk +Def and the Lady is 4* and -HP +Atk.

Even with -Atk, Loli Tiki does a great job, but my team can't really deal with Merged Ranged units, and right now I only have Nowi to counter from range.

Should I promote Adult Tiki and give her Vantage/Quick Riposte so she can be a ranged counter killer? Or is she too slow for any B skill to save her.

Yes. Albeit, she has to be at 5 stars, which is still worth it.

With Skill Inheritance, HP control became a thing. Fury literally has no drawbacks for her and puts her ATK/SPD into untouchable-tier, as well as bringing her BST to Hector-levels.

Ardent Sacrifice has also made getting to Vantage-HP safe for anyone using the skill.

Throw in a Glimmer, which you already have the pre-req for.

Work on Threaten Defense for Vantage-baiting.

Maybe even replace Vantage with Desperation.

Anna is one of the best Axe users in the game.

Not really. When I was playing I found that only a select few units outside the main royals pulled their weight in any way. For example Niles was good for me in Conquest so I thought I'd use him in Rev but he was just awful. (And besides when you have Takumi do you really need any other archer).
The few units that weren't royals that did pretty well for me were like Oboro, Keaton, Kaze (but that might be because I got him good skills) and a few others I can't even remember. So in the end I found having every character recruitable in Rev was kind of a waste. Though I guess maybe with that many characters in one route its almost a give in you need to nerf some. Ryoma is disgustingly broken also.
