Can someone explain to me how 1v1s work? I noticed immediately that every rifle I try out is fairly inaccurate in third person mode but not first person. But most players I seem to fight

A.) Don't use first person
B.) Combat roll a lot
C.) Hit a majority of their shots AKA point and click instant death

Am I missing something? I'm playing on PC by the way

Is meat for the grinder really the x1 gtag group or just part of the op fuckery?

A.) First person in this game is really clunky and sucks for just about everything save for face-to-face combat. FPV has different mechanics, which is why you don't see many people using it, and most people who do use it in combat are tryhard shitters. Pic related.
B.) They're either doing it to be tacticool and force you to reacquire your target, or they're playing in Free-Aim Assist and trying to get a lock on you again. In Assisted Aim or FAA there's a mechanic that briefly snaps your reticle to the target and rolling gives you another opportunity for that.
C.) Could be a number of things. Lag, the aforementioned aim assistance, you having low health as a low-level, BST, triggerbot, damage mod, or they're just plain better. Is your opponent a solo CEO who seems to be landing a lot of suspicious one-hit or two-hit kills with weapons that don't normally kill that quickly? Chances are they're a BST-abusing fuckhead who deserves to be castrated with a Sawzall. Activate your own CEO or VIP and start a Sightseer - it breaks BST drops for the session and you'll get to watch them cry in chat since they won't have their shitter crutch.

The T20 has better lap times and is more comfortable to drive. The Tyrus is a downforce car and may do better on stunt tracks but the T20 is a better investment.

I have Free Aim selected in my settings so shouldn't I be placed with only other free aim players? I still swear some players use Aim assist by the way they play.

Also, I sometimes rarely fight players who I swear turn on trigger/aimbot after I kill them a few times. They'll be getting destroyed then suddenly they're putting bullets in my head from 100 feet. I must admit I use first person because it's either that or marksman rifle spam. Everything feels so inaccurate in this game.

You probably just did the headhunter faster than usual. You sold the car and did a headhunter, which unless you're slow as hell takes less than 20 minutes. Then you closed down the game (instead of sitting in your office watching TV preventing you from getting kicked for inactivity) which resets your cooldown to 20 minutes. You came back, got out of your house, did headhunter and got back to your vehicle warehouse in 14 minutes and had a 6 minute cooldown left.

Well, clothing stores will likely be closed during the sale, but you may be able to mess with your Tops slot while it's going. The bag persists during the sale and you can save it to as many outfits as you like before delivering.
If you change your top afterward, the duffel bag will revert to a standard parachute, but there is a method to transfer bags to other outfits. Save the new outfit with a parachute equipped, equip your duffel outfit, get into a helicopter and bail out, then equip the new outfit while you're in freefall before pulling the parachute.
