Aegis is a meme, its not nearly as good as seraph even with the increase in some crafts ability to banish amulets, Aegis is far too slow to win most games, literally a t9 do nothing that takes another 2-3 turns to win with, and you cant reduce the turns with spells like you can seraph.

I run azazel and arriet with my sneks.

It's rare that the enemy can kill all 5 sneks without dedicating a turn to aoe and azazel can come out of nowhere to OTK. It also allows me to completely ignore hitting the enemy face until sneks are ready to come out. Arriet allows one snek to do the damage of two sneks and can easily OTK as well.
