Takakura Kana. She already has a portrait in Sengoku Rance. Maybe reclass her to something more fitting, though I don't know what her deal is other than being the true heroine.

Re-add Sounn and Kenshin so JAPAN can be great again. Sengoku Rance is the one pretty much everyone started with, so it would make sense to make JAPAN a bit more viable. Also make Shibata a Tebaski Unit and give TOSH Aim and Shoot along with his Special Cannon. The musket unit should be the strongest you know.
Dark Rance as a ronin with warrior monsters or ogres/oni as his unit.

I felt Pastel getting All Guard Shikigami. Regardless, a lot of the countries seem to have big hitters, but there aren't too many defensive options outside of foot soldiers and Uruza's Accurate Shots. Yeah, all the fiends are currently weak. I disabled the troop modifier from damage so they stop getting weaker as they get hurt, and don't have a damage limit, but now they don't get strong enough. I'll figure something out.
