If by shit personality you mean little depth, then that's somewhat true, though Camilla has about as much depth as most female FE characters.

Camilla's actual personality is fine enough to appeal to people. An affectionate onee-san who's also brutal to enemies, while having some bits of an interesting backstory if you dig deep enough. And if you interpret her as having a mental illness, that can be seen as making her more interesting to people.

Obviously the fanservice is a big draw, but it's not like there's nothing else in her either.

I'm great on Fortify and Goad Fliers, but Hinoka is the only unit with the very necessary Hone Fliers and I've wanted Minerva, hardcore, since the beginning and she's the only one with Ward Fliers.

I seriously rolled for Minerva, on her banner as the ONLY GREEN, and rolled ONLY GREENS, spending 120+ orbs that I had saved and hoarded with zero money spent and only got a neutral Cherche, a couple Hawkeyes (for Deathblow) and a zillion Arthurs/Cecilias.

It's nice, but if it were BLARblade+, and not ANOTHER Green flier, maybe we could talk. Minerva/Michalis/Cherche all get to stay, exceedingly more buffed than standard, than Bunnymilla who NEEDS the buffs (and therefore can't have teammates die) and is easy to pick off with the multitude of reds of the meta anyway.

Currently, without going into planned skills to account for Hone/Foritify/Goad/Ward, my fly-team is Cordelia and Palla and then Minerva/Michalis/Cherche for my Green(s) and Catria/Shanna for another Blue. Having a mage would help, let alone a Blade Mage on a Meme Team, but I don't really care for another Camilla. We'll see.

Give her Hinoka's Hone Fliers and put her on a team that helps let Catria be your physical tank. Her other skills can pretty much stay. Maybe give her Reposition if she's your only flier so you can toss teammates over mountains.

Because she's a great physical tank with a lot of power coming off that Killer Lance+ Luna combo. Catria alongside Hector is Hell to deal with for the tankiness and mobility they can grant each other.

Anon, you do realize that Minerva/Michalis don't exactly win against reds, right? Cherche is arguable just from her raw damage but I haven't raised mine, even though I probably have literally everything she could want.

From a team standpoint, Camilla fills a unique niche that isn't replicated at the moment, but a mage. Having someone that can act as a magical nuke is huge, although you'd be right in her requiring more of an investment than Minerva/Michalis.

Also you'd pretty much have to have either her with gronnraven + triangle adept or someone with Iote's Shield to counter archers, so you also need to consider that. Personally I think her fulfilling a role no one else can puts her above the rest, but that's just me.

There's also flying movement (unrestricted except for walls) or cavalier movement (walls and forests, but an extra space...six total with a dancer on your team). If you're running a meme-team, an open field and sea to re-group your fliers is pretty cool, but the sheer movement of 4 units moving around 3 spaces is terrifying. Nevermind the potential members of the Cav team's color variations, physical v magic, def v res, melee v range, and the coming Xander/Camus units.

Bunny Camilla is p neat, but literally only for teams that buff her Attack WITH a blade, and the flying meme perfect for her is as hard (or HARDER) to create than the armor meme.
