Well, if I'm the only chemist, the first thing I do is make three large beakers of Antitox in one Chem dispenser and fill small beakers in the beaker box(so I can use them to make Pepto/Dyloven pills later, when I buy groan's), so I've used up some of the chem energy, and grind up the plasma and put 5u in each of the large beakers to go ahead and make the 18 15u Leporazine pills for the shift, pour most of that back into the small beaker I used for grinding, and leave 5u in one.

Into the large beaker I left 5u in, I pour the cryox from cryo- 45u of it, using the syringe from the syringe box to get the 5u. I then add 45u sodium for 90u clonex.

30u for the monkey human synth meat, 60u leftover for cryo stuff.

I usually dump out the remaining like, what? 25u cryox? I just dump a dex pill into a large beaker, and add 30u oxygen and water for 90u clonex, and make 30 bottles out of that.

The cryomix, for me anyway, is gonna be like, 15u clonex cryox and 2.5 alk and rye in a small beaker, and any remainders of such going in beakers in the beaker box for later use if someone dumps it or, for whatever ungodly reason, we need more.

I do a lot more than you do in chem, I suppose.

I'm not sure why you would need more than that in the mix- if you get large beakers, sure, definitely expand the mix, but you're going to be able to do more work making mixed pills and asking around for supplies like DD, honey,, and Pepto later, and you're not guaranteed to get more large beakers.

I used to spend lots of time getting these very complex mixes together, but over time I've come to live with the fact that such as that is definitely a waste of time(though occasionally I'll gift the paramedic with a 15/15 cryox clonex 5u bicard, kelo, derma, dylo, pepto, arith, milk, tea, honey, tricord, dd, dplus, etc etc type mix if the round reaches that kind of extreme time frame).

If your most basic mix is not 15/15 cryo/clonex 2.5/2.5 alk/rye in small beakers, I think you're wasting time and effort when you could be doing so many other things for stacked healing(dylo/pepto, tricord/honey/tridd, ghetto chem for rezadone, iron/sugar/nutriment/O blood pills, etc) as well as gathering supplies and putting together pill bottles and kits and so on.

I dunno, I consider chem to be the cargo of medbay, and that's how I treat it. :^) Plus I enjoy making things like 50u bicard for emergency surgery when you're barred access to surgery for whatever reason and basically getting prepared for worst-case scenarios.

Swapping hands, I had 150 potency novaflowers, and i threw the soap. I fucked up clicking at first and punched them on my first hit instead of steaming w/ the flowers, if i hit them the third time with the flowers before they jaunted they would be dead, and probably ash, assuming that vampires ash from significant burn damage. 150 potency Novaflower is ~36 damage per hit by itself, but it also heats the fuck out of your body temp, such that you take ~80 total burn damage by the time your body temp cools down. Obviously it goes up higher and higher as you hit more too.
