She actually takes enough damage from arrows and magic to make it useful, but it's not necessary. I'd probably go for Draconic Aura myself, since her attack is pretty huge and the -1 to charge time from her axe makes it activate soon enough to be useful for taking out something she can't one shot or double to death.
