Another level 8 and then rank 8 into whatever, alternatively, she could be a tech choice in DarkLords maybe?
The only negative chaos goddess offers is that the things she revives can't be used for synchro summoning but you can do xyz summon and it doesn't make the rez monster not attack or not activate its effect ot dies at the End phase.
And Darklords happen to be BIG level 5 DARK monsters that enjoy being in the graveyard.

Also forgot to mention. Her effect is still very useful in this days. My Northwemko may be easier to summon but her effect is pretty much defensive, and it works better in late games, so sometimes I have more problems at building decks with her, since it needs more aggresive cards.
I sometimes wish I could have a retrain or upgrade, maybe a direct support, but I know that will not happen unless life want to prove me wrong.

3 Vannila, 3 Alt, 1-2 Dragon Spirit, 3 Sage, 3 Ancients, 1 White Stone,1 Effect Veiler and other handtraps, and some Kaijus because they're staple now.
3 Return, 1 Soul Charge, 3 Melody, 1-2 Dragon Shrine, 3 Trade-in, 2-3 Pot of Desires and 2 Twin Twisters
Traps are just Solemns/Barrier
Extra deck is r8 good stuff + Dark Matter and Blue-eyes Spirit Dragon, anything it can float into and Crystal Wing.
That's literally it.
