As for the DT and followers, I can tell you a little bit of what they do.

DT is your determination, or in other words, Alphys' courage. The higher the DT, the more Alphys will face off against monsters and other threats. Too many spooks and she will go low. When she is low on DT she will automatically run from monsters, forcing you to lose progress most likely.

Followers is probably a bad word for this feature, it's more or less characters you meet and their status from last time you saw them. FALLEN means they dead.
STABLE means they're healthy.
you can however, bring characters with you, but that also means risking their lives.

Setting is actually kinda cool, post-apocalyptic Underground with everyone gone and only echo flowers around. Think STALKER with no enemies just anomalies. The story is "finished", but only because the ending got posted, beginning and middle sections are still unknown
Flowerfell -- UF, and every time Frisk dies, a golden flower spawns on them. Heavily Frans-focused. Author of the most known story 'Overgrowth' and the AU creator are both fucking nuts. Foreboden to speak of, or even think about anymore
AfterTale -- Geno Frisk got taken over by Chara who is fucking around, there's another Sans with half-melted glitchface. Skelefocus, nonsensical bullshit that changes the plot according to major fandom trends. Cute art though.
InvertedFate -- lotsa stuff changed. Interesting ideas.
X-Tale -- lotsa X-es. No idea about the story
DustTale -- Sans goes fucking nuts because of Chara, starts murdering everyone to gain LV, followed by the ghostly head of Papyrus he killed, though only because he's nuts and imagines shit
Underkeep -- fantasy-inspired stuff, mainly design with very thin layer of story. Very pretty, Muffet-focused
UnderSale and UnderSea --- pirate- and aquatic themed. Both have neat designs and dont take themselves too seriously
