Kagero/Minerva/Olivia, almost certainly; Robin or Abel for the fourth slot.

The general idea for arena defense is to have a team that's really frustrating to deal with and punishes mistakes hard. A dancer should always be included because having to play around a dancer is annoying as heck; beyond that, go for a combination of good movement and good damage. You unfortunately don't have any really great 5*s other than Minerva, but Kagero fucks over infantry and is ranged so is also reasonably frustrating to deal with. Abel and Robin are both options for the last unit; neither overlaps color and both have high effective range.

For Hector, just position Lucina in front of him. Do not attack him, let him attack first. For red mages, use Kagero. For all positioning issues, give your units Reposition and Wings of Mercy for crutch mode.

Oh, offense is a different matter entirely. I've recently switched over to a team I don't think you'll be able to replicate, but the old form seems applicable; the idea is healer/aggressive 5*/dancer/bonus unit. I used Camilla for the aggressive 5*, but you might use Minerva instead, except for the fact she doesn't have a Brave Axe so you might struggle against Taco. Maybe Kagero?

When you see him, make sure Lucina doesn't take too much damage in battle. He will always be the last enemy unit alive. Leave her in his range. He attacks her, she doubles him back, you attack him next turn. If he has Vantage use Nowi for the last attack, she should be able to tank a hit, even with -def.

That's what Nowi and Kagero are for. The only mounted red tome that Kagero can't counter is Leo, and Nowi can double him with Lightning Breath.
