I'm using this team, which goes fast. I'm just a little slow myself today. I've got Cabbage, Croc, and Ray otherwise, but luffy's the fastest and stress free. BC itself is just long.

I never felt so depressed in a OPTC event untill now. Tomorrow is doffy raid and I actually have to socket my legend doffy, but i have no team that could take both raid doffy and YWB reliably. Let alone being fast.

pic related could very much be my only solution. My 2x inthawk/3d2y zoro/raid doffy/colo alvida/usopp isn't gonna work on doffy and i really need alvida for lvl 5 AH and damage reduc for WB attack. Fuck this.

the way you use shiryu is use both, and if one of them kills one of the doffies reset and use the one shiryu that killed a doffy and advance a turn. now you gotta kill the 2nd doffy with the other shiryu special, and you have marco and inazuma and a shitton of HP to tank with + GPU

I'm not sure if it's fixed as to who drops the skull, but it can definitely drop on all enemy configurations. I've seen evidence of it dropping on the all PSY, and I've personally had it drop on the mixed stage.

To be honest I don't remember it all that well either, I wasn't into the game back then as I am now and pretty much any time I checked my phone my stamina was full because of how infrequently I played.
If it was the case now it would be bloody horrible though, a full 24 hours of not playing would still leave me with ~40 stamina left to refill til max.
