Jaffar is already on thin ice when he joins the army and already Hector hates his guts so killing Matthew gives Hector an excuse to "smash his face in" and is a good way to turn the army against him. RED => Swords, Fire, Dark magic
BLUE => Lances, Thunder, Light magic? (Aura)
GREEN => Axes, Wind Light magic? (Naga)
GREY => Bows, Daggers

What units do you think will end up in the four types we have now? Right now, I think Laguzs will be a Teritary group, similar to Dragons, where their resulting color seems to be based off their actual color scheme. Resulting in something like:
