Now it has a slightly better power curve and he'll ALWAYS have meeps on him, but the real problem with Bard's passive is that it's intrinsically tied to game time. It's literally impossible to outpace the clock, much in the same way it's impossible to get more CS than the enemy Nexus spawns for you. You always have a maximum amount of chimes per minute. You'll never even get very high up the passive's ladder because you'd need a fucking 80 minute game to do that.

What they really need to do is make it so that totally clearing the map of chimes instantly spawns more chimes. That way you're incentivized to get them as soon and as quickly as possible, and you can of course still choose not to as well if it's too dangerous, rewarding skilled risk takers and efficient roamers.

do you understand how any generic elo based ranking system works at all? and then do you understand the point of matchmaking at all? you pick a whole bunch of people with similar mmr (read: the same winningness and presumably skill level) and throw them all in a match. why could they possibly beat each other roughly half the time?

to turn down the snark and hopefully phrase it in a way that you would appreciate:
an ideal matchmaking system is one that lets you win (or lose) a bunch of games all the way until your rating reflects your true skill level, at which point, since all the teammates/opponents you will be matched with are all around the same rating, you will all win/lose 50% of your games until such a time that your skill level (and thus rating) changes.

You'll not believe it but there are people in this game, who are so good at farming they hit 8cs/10 min constantly even when pressured. They push exactly when needed and freeze exactly when needed. Wew.

Or I can top even that, they can freeze their lane and sacrifice even cs so the enemy doesn't get xp.
And they exactly know what happens when enemy pushes so they can come back, or even steal enemy jungle, or take theirs because it'll respawn by the time their jungler comes back.

And they manage to do this while having good KDA.

I know anecdotal evidence is meaningless, but I played 300 games in gold, retarded win loss streaks the entire time, playing well almost every game, I was non-hypothetically getting ragequitters and griefers many games in a row EVERY TIME I hit the g3 promos. This is what I mean by the brakes, when I was a full league lower than where I usually am. After I started keeping a spreadsheet, and out of 70 games recorded, 30 were losses, 10 of which were due to someone ragequitting or obviously inting(buying 6 tears running down mid inting) most the other 20 were due to bad players feeding but that is to be expected once in a while. The thing is they always happened in clusters, after win streaks and then for a few games consecutively, maybe a game in between, and not a single one in favor of my team (10 vs 0).

Then I got on another winstreak waiting for the inters and ragers but they never came. I won 45 out of my next 60 games carrying most of them, games never changing in difficulty since to me the opponents are of trivial skill when they dont have 9000 kills. Then suddenly 3 toplaners go afk in a row because they got shit on in lane.

Its probably because I main adc, and adc is useless early so I cant salvage games that go bad too fast. But I feel im not crazy for suspecting something is up.

you CAN teamfight if you dont play like a retard

so learn to use vision and deny it so you can catch squishies out

W a squishy, Q, then mid dash ult and your instant auto attack will activate your passive which can instantly kill them faster than they can react

your E can be used as both an engage and an escape if you plan it out correctly and know how to use your stealth and EoN properly

flash can force a free kill and escape even if the one you want to kill is surrounded by their teammates

LEARN WHEN MELEE Q IS BETTER THAN DASH Q

you can actually proc your passive lvl 1 against a melee champ since auto attacks extend the time that the stacks are on an enemy champ so if you hit both ends, then auto them after a few seconds then W them again you can surprise them since by now MOST players will see the lvl 2 cheese coming

ward around the enemy jungle camps if theyre up to get an easy ambush on a jungler or carry

duskblades vision passive is a free tool that lets you know when you can get the jump on someone

dead mans plate is a good item against full AD comps if youre nice and ahead, I find youmuus, duskblade, tabis, cleaver, dead mans makes you absurdly tanky and keeps your damage output high enough to oneshot a squishy
