Tonkor got a crit chance reduction and now does full self-damage like every other launcher in the game, so you can now blow your face off with five digit damage.
Both Simulors now do WAY less damage on combination pulses (when orbs join together) in a smaller radius as well. Manual detonation got a pretty big buff but it's still trash in comparison to numbers pre-nerf Simulors could do. Simulor Mirage is dead now.
Telos tonfas got a nerf as well to the spin2win and are trash, too.
You got Forma per each modified weapon (to a maximum of four) and a three day affinity booster as an 'apology' for the nerf.

Someone explain bards 3 to me
I'll be hitting notes on something just fine, using the rings as a visual indicator, then at random it will just stop counting my actions and start failing, eventually the buff percent drops down to 0 from the 'fails' and it's physically impossible to get any of the buff back since it wont register any of my rhythm actions
