Being the best is having fun. I Got to reach the top 10k in the KC and that's partly due to saving gems to 100% complete Valkyrie box set to gain an edge. Rather than dumping gems on Ultimate Rising for one card kuriboh while all of the commons and rares are shit. Making your own path is way more rewarding than copying netdecks and being broke to have cards that are considered "meta".

Just use Riryoku and hard removal like Yomi Ship and Michizure.
It's not as hard as you think since except for 1 deck at that stage (forgot which one but I remember there being one), all they do is try to shit out their boss monsters and the rest of their monsters are pretty weak. The Paladin into BEWD deck for example has only 1 BEWD (at least that's what it looked like from my experience).
The hardest to me is that one deck I mentioned that I forgot which uses a different playstyle, and the Thunder Dragon one since it can summon more than 1 boss at once.

Nah, not really. The only reasons you'd spend UR orbs on anything else would be for a Red Eyes deck (which you can farm anyway) and Airknight for a Fairy deck (which is a little too memey right now).

They really need to update the Card Trader soon. Once you get Riryoku the quality of his offers takes a nosedive.

Just use equips and Tribute Summons. It's not that hard since apparently all they have for offense is Arsenal Bug, and since there's nothing to pressure me to spend my defensive resources, it gets outed easily. I just have to wait to get an equip on a tribute and I'm set. Not really sure since I haven't dueled it that much yet though.

Well, actually Cocoon is the only one with 2000 Def.
The other defense monsters are Anti-Aircraft Flower and Desert Protector (there's also Pinch Hopper to bring it out), and they use Yellow Luster Shield to boost their Def.

Oh, did I mention theres a 3x Guardian Angel Joan spam deck? I managed to out 2 of them, even a Parshath with Reinforcements and a Joan with a Mirror Wall I waited to activate on the same turn so the AI would still attack, then I got to direct attack for a few turns, then died to the 3rd Joan thanks to her LP gain effect.

I can't find a coherent guide to vassal farming anywhere so I don't fully understand it, I'm trying to learn so I can farm Bakura 30. From what I understand you get like a blue eyes or some other high attack monster out on the field and the union attack it so your vassal gets really high attack and can win the duel in 1 move using only effect damage. Is that relatively close?

I'm a big babby that started playing about 10 days ago, am Stage 27, and the only deck I've been using is a Power of Dark Beatdown deck.

However I feel like if the formula's not going to work to well as I progress. Now, I LOVE Water decks (I used to play with one IRL back in the day), and Stall/Burn decks. Anyone know of any good builds?

I hear Harpie's are all the rage too? I don't have Relinquished, so I can't run what GameA calls THE best deck in the game. Harpies mite b cool though. Never cared for them.
