Except you're forgetting that they put PoR Ike in Brawl, and made him slow. Only in Smash 4 did they switch him to his RD version.

What's more effective? Say I 5* RobinF and RobinM, they have similar def and they can take a hit, so if I give them close counter vantage would it be worth it? Who would it work better on, going by any Mage weapon as they're interchangeable

Leo has one of the lowest stat totals in the game and also has the second lowest Speed rating in the game, tied with Effie, Hawkeye and Henry.

Your Leo should have 29 Def though, but 26 Res. I'd have to say that unless you really need a red cav tome user, you're better off recycling him for other uses.
