For the most part leveling hasn't been too bad but like I said icecrown needs help, it's a complete mess. The order of quests becoming available is fucked pretty bad and it can make it a bit confusing to do the zone.

I did a few heroics with Rommel (Tyrranis) on HG and he was meh at best. Constantly put his back to mobs, walked too far forward after a pull and would backpedal into position taking a bunch of non avoidable hits. He held aggro most of the time at least I guess.
