Valk is both more stable in her survivability and more effective in melee. Chroma is a good gunframe. They make a good pair as they feed eachother their buffs.

Valk and Chroma don't compete. They fill different roles and have a very synergistic relationship.

the orbs cannot get inside the bubble, they bounce off it if shot directly, and are destroyed if the nulli's bubble gets into contact after they are in a fixed position
they still do damage to the bubble witht the current range tho, but you'd need to shoot everywhere before detonating the orbs to do damage with the nerf (note that since they will do single impacts, the bubble won't go down quickly, so you'd need another weapon to switch to)

So according to wfbuilder, Ignis actually does slightly more damage than Wraith. The crit isn't enough to offset the reduced damage. Wraith is still better due to the status chance but considering it's a beam it hardly matters.

but lets face it even I- a dedicated chroma 4 lyfe fag- know that at the end of the day turning invisible with narmon and melee spaming everything to death is the meta regardless of what frame you pick. But even then not all are equal. The ones that do it best for survival are hydriod, nekros, ivara simply for their ability to get extra LS drops when other frames loose their ability to kill fast enough to keep the LS flowing. You might be able to do 2hr survival with Darude, Dragon man, or kitty but after than the ability to keep ls flowing diminishes exponentially.

Regardless of EHP or CC bullshit the meta is to just not draw fire to begin with and to get extra LS without as much killing, combo'd in a little bit of health and armor for when you slip up so you don't get one banged and you have the "pinnacle". IMO the only one who really meets all those reqs is nekros using health conversion despoil.
