Rifle has the benefit of being usable on GU as well, there isn't much difference to how you use the two so it doesn't matter much if you only play RA though.
For BR though I prefer the Katana since the Bow doesn't offer you anything aside from just sitting around and the Katana still lets you move via Guren, it's just less swaps you have to do. Orbit Katana also has the benefit of not wiping your active Katana Gear if you switch to it, Bow doesn't lose anything from switching to a Katana

Hu tree is fine if you really want to invest that heavily into IW, it's just preference.
On the Fi tree you don't really need D Saber Wind Parry and do definitely want to max out Crazy Beat, it's a free 200 SAtk under LB for just 5 points. Fighters usually don't take both stances on the same tree. You can do it now with the 5 extra points from lv80 if you really want to but I'd still advise you to just stick to Brave, cap out Crazy Beat, and dump the rest of the points into Half-/Deadline Slayer and SAtk Ups.

Yeah should be fine as soon as you upgrade it. Solo PD gives you a title for 4 union boosters and you should get atleast one drop when you clear so thats a guaranteed 5 for it right there.
