literally the only characters in this game I like are Male Mage and Demonic Lancer, and Dimension Walker feels boring as fuck.

I love Dragoon type characters in any game and I started playing DFO for Demonic Lancer and it's the laughing stock of the game.

Skirmisher is what I wanted to be, since it's more of a Final Fantasy style Lancer while Vanguard is like Dynasty Warriors gook shit but I'd even compromise and use that;

as I've ranted before I have the resources to whale the shit out of this game until I'm decked out in epics on Lancer, but even then I'd apparently still be a total joke.

I've already managed to get a couple of awesome Epics I can use on my Blood MM but no one will probably ever do any content with me anyway even if I get decked out. I should just quit

I don't get how Neople internet defense force retards can say the events are "free stuff" and not just an inherent feature of this game. It's not like they ever go away and its not like this game would have lasted longer than a couple of months if we didn't get them as often as we do. I had really high hopes that pvp would be alive and taken care of by neople since they are a gook company and gooks love esports but they're doing the exact same shit nexon did, which is completely ignoring it except for f1 where they waste their budget sending a bunch of shitters to the chopping block once a year.

Not to mention they disallow using high grade equipment, titles, auras and pets in their local tourneys and forcing players to wear magic seals which basically is what causing everyone to miss every fucking time. Spectators watching players miss is NOT a motivator to play pvp. They (both spectators and the stupid small team gooks) don't realize that higher grade gear reduces miss rate by a ton to the point where you basically do not miss unless it's on an evasion class like zerker/monk/rogue.

I have no more hope that the gooks will attend to pvp or alter it for our version making it more accessible than on kdnf. It's simply not going to happen and it's a shame. Pvp is really fun when you reach the minimum gear requirement, and the minimum gear requirement is NOT level 80 uniques.

So i havent played in years (Back when i last played Nexon was still running the game). And while i had fun playing it i remember losing all my steam at around 38-42 or so when the XP curve went nuts.

So TLDR is the XP curve a little more 'balanced' now? Ive felt like playing the game again but am a little wary of having to grind the same place/difficulty 59605 times just to level and unlock more missions.

Times change, exp is very smooth up to ~88. And even then it's not hard to go from 88 to 90, leveling in general is VERY easy now. Also there's 0 reliance on a party unless you want one while leveling, but they're unnecessary.

So I just dug a bit into broom boy pvp and here's my current analysis on him.

To be honest I didn't know what to expect from broom boy's seemingly themeless skill set, he definitely isn't clearly cut out like the other two. But I have to say he's likely one of the most complete pvp classes of the three gays. He has everything utility wise and can play both aggressively and defensively. However he's also one of the more complex classes to play properly, I'm suspecting he'll be the Gook's Choice if they had to choose the best pvp class from the male male classes.

Lets start with nyarly. Hodor and Nick look like retards compared to her. Crawling Mist and Harlequin will also completely FUCK YOU UP and it's a free combo for him if he lands crawling mist, and it's so spammable and easy to land. Even if he doesn't land crawling mist, he can still activate harlequin while attacked which will basically save his ass AND give him a free combo since harlequin lasts long enough for him to recover.

Next lets talk about Dimension: Kaleidoscope because if charge crash was a grab then thats what you have. It's a super armored rush skill that grabs and puts you in the air for a combo. This skill is ridiculous because it's super armored and a grab and a rush. Not to mention it safely teleports the dimension walker away if it fails, while still retaining super armor so it's difficult to punish. It's the perfect rushdown skill in my opinion. Uncounterable and narrowly punishable.

Then he has dimension leap. He doesn't exactly need to use Beyond the realm too often to combo or anything like that except maybe poke with laser if he's feeling confident, but that's a free escape on a mere 20 sec cooldown. Plus nyarly's defense.

So far he's already really OP, moreso than blood boy or wind boy. In fact I'd rank them as wind boy being the worst (despite being projected as the best) and dimension walker as the best. It's scary how good he can get when played in the right hands.
