There's no nutshell tierlist for the overall game, because Ellinia's progression has mutliple major phases:

Early Game

This is your gearing up phase, where you mostly farm as much as you possibly can in preparation for midgame bossing and party activities.

Midgame

The vast majority of the bosses you're familiar with like CRA, Magnus, Madman Ranmaru. Loooots of bossing and Commerci during this phase to prepare for gathering Sweetwater equipment.

Lategame / Endgame

Hekaton, Lotus, CWK and Black Mage. Probably forgetting something here. You pretty much replace every piece of gear in this tier with Sweetwater equipment, and scrolling it is unbelievably arduous but the most rewarding.
