Formations are pretty sweet when you finally get them to work. Default division placement is weird at best though, it took me at least an hour of trying to fix it before I gave up and simply stuffed all infantry in one division

Depends on what you're fighting.

You can disable backwards trip from the camp->mod options menu for Brytenwalda. Viking Conquest just doesn't have backwards trip.

You can reduce the XP requirement for troops in Viking Conquest.

For Brytenwalda, go anywhere in Wales and buy minerals/ores/etc and sell them elsewhere for good money. If you're feeling lucky, you can also flip coins with bartenders. Can potentially make 2K every time. For Viking Conquest, just abuse Dorestad's cheap jewelry, wine, and salt. Buy it and sell it anywhere for easy money.

In Warsword Conflict, is there a way to get the Master Engineer grenade launcher from shops or via looting? Preferably via shops since their armies are ridiculous.

Is there also anyway to get regen abilities on the PC through armor or items. I looked through the item catalogue and didn't see anything for Dwarves so I doubt it. I could have sworn I saw a dwarven noble regen through a stone talisman or something.

I feel like replacing all the vassals with companions is an unnecessary step. Good on manipulating the politics with Merc work or otherwise, I tend to join factions that are too big to weaken them from the inside by purposely having them lose big battles then quietly skip town before I get captured.

That's actually part of Native. The box is the same used by the Dialogue menu and the game just reuses it. The design was already in native and I simply made it more noticeable by switching it from green to red.

I didn't think it was much of an issue since it's only on that screen, and it looks ok in regular dialogue.

I think it's going to be the same system we have in warband, but instead of recruiting peasants directly from the village you have to speak with the elder of the village to recruit them.
