Why do retards expect a single soldier to be able to take out a pharah instantly? Any pharah that plays well is going to avoid him.

How often do you guys have games where at least two pairs of players have the same main and can't play anyone else, thus dragging the team down?

In diamond maybe 1/5 or 1/10 games someone will ask to switch, but people usually have a handful of characters they're good with.

Only once in plat did I see someone who played 60 hours of hog and 30 minutes of winston, and no one else, in both QP and comp. Our hog refused to switch and winston was useless against the enemy so we ate shit the entire round.
