People have speculated some armored unit due to the upcoming banner having Selena and Tiki.

Looking back at the Robin map, you can easily expect a lot of color usage. And they can't pull of an Ursula again, due to skill inheritance and Raven tomes + TA completely fucking over colorless units.

Nowi is quite possibly the most overpowered unit in the game currently, and that's saying a lot given all the other ridiculous stuff that exists currently.

A +ATK Life and Death 3 Linde (aka the horrible nightmare that people are currently scared shitless of) cannot 1RKO Nowi without buffs (she lives with 1 HP) and dies the next turn. The best mage in the entire game loses to Nowi unless you're going full Nino on her.

With Fury 3, Nowi can literally kill Hector by herself unless he has +RES if Hector attacks first (if he does, he lives with 1 HP). The best green unit in the game still dies to Nowi.

With Swordbreaker 3, Nowi can attack and kill the Falchion users. She'll still take heavy damage from the counterswing, but she'll still be standing afterwards. 3/4 of the units designed to completely annihilate Nowi's entire type of unit die to Nowi.

A partial (I hope) list of what can kill Nowi by itself without buff support:
Fury 3 Olwen with Iceberg (if Nowi isn't +Speed or +RES)
Camilla (it's possible for Nowi to live but she isn't killing Camilla back)
Nino (even without buffs)
Julia (obviously)

If you want her to have any hope of killing, you'll want a Brave Lance+. I think Life or Death will serve her better than Fury will, because you absolutely need every bit of offense you can get. I don't know if Desperation will let her deal all 4 hits to the opponent before they can retaliate. If it does, take it. If not, Quick Riposte might help her more. Lastly, if Life and Death causes too much survivability issues, get Threaten Atk, otherwise Threaten Def.
Oh yeah, and get Moonbow. Everyone gets Moonbow.

For what it's worth, 8-4 localised both Shadow Dragon and 8-4 and you can see that the general style (in regards to how both games favour archaic words in normal dialogue) was retained for both games.

Jesus christ, doing the 10th Stratum with 4 armoured units who don't all have fortify/ward/hone/goad armour is way worse than I expected.

Because of lolnomovement you're a sitting duck and there's always one that will get swarmed and killed by a unit he's weak against.

Give your Sully a Killer or Silver Lance to help with her low Atk. Also go for Moonbow.
Swordbreaker is good, you can use her to remove reds and use other units to get rid of others.
Fury and L&D may be worthwhile to give her more offense, but you can always go for Death Blow.
Since she has somewhat decent Def and good Res you should go for either Threaten Def or Spd to help her offense or a Hone or Spur or some kind.
Could work with some cavalry support, if you have those.

Lastly, get another Sully with better IVs to 5* and fuse this one into the other once the April update comes around.

Also, both Shadow Dragon and Awakening favour purple prose (though obviously Shadow Dragon favours it far more) whereas Fates and the other Treehouse FE games are much more 'modern' with their dialogue. And as seen from Alm's dialogue when he entered the Delivarance Hideout (with the name change itself being a hint towards the localisation style) is pretty heavy on the purple prose.

We can confidently say that 8-4 has kept it's style that it used for Shadow Dragon, but not as heavy on the purple prose usage.

The enemy strength depends on the location. If you use a box on your latest chapter clear, the enemies should have somewhat similar strength (although the latter chapters can have a much higher number of enemies so the box ones can be an easier fight sometimes).

Classes are good for their skills, their stat growths and their weapons. If you want Cynthia to use tomes, she'll need to be a dark flier or another class that allows her to use tomes.
In Awakening you're more likely to cap stats than in most FE games (especially if you use items), so the growths themselves are not so bad unless you're restricting yourself or playing on lunatic (which has an exp penalty).
In short, unless you want tomes and/or the rally movement skill, it's probably best to put her in another class.

You should only need one blade tome, likely the blue one.
Cecilia should stick with her raven tome and triangle adept for large coverage.
Leo can be replaced with one of the melee red cavalry until Xander or a good red cavalry unit comes around.

Also blade tomes do not gain additional bonuses from death blow or the during combat bonuses of spurs (like goad and ward). You want the hone and fortify, or even defiant and rally, skills for that.

3* Wendy at lv16 was my filler. She was a non-issue most of the time precisely because armorerd are too slow. On the down side, the mountain map with 4 fliers can actually get awful even with x4 lances precisely because they're all spread apart and can pick off your squad from any direction, because 1 movement.

If you haven't already, I highly recommend pivot/reposition/movement assist on one or several of these dudes. Sheena has pretty good bulk in general, I also slapped renewal on her and considered giving her ardent sacrifice to act as a pseudo-healer.

Hone, Spur or Threaten.

Almost anything, really. Just focus on something.
Tomebreaker can allow her to survive a buffed Nino to some extent, especially if attacking with Warding Blow, and most likely beat her.
Darting Blow can allow her to double some units, though with that speed not many enough.
If you're using other mages that she would stick around you can run an Hone or Spur buff, especially if that other mage has a Blade tome.

There's lots of options, just think of what your team could use and what her role is and focus on that.
