On top of that she has extremely slow animations that are often much easier to dodge.
I can imagine she can punish csing rather well since then its easier to hit skills.

Veigar can be a pain. I used to ban him every game, I just could not lane against him when I began playing. You're a bitch if you play Veigar. If he gets fed he's going to shit on your team because of his "lul infinite stacks".

The issue with Veigar is that he basically forces a flash from you with his E, or you just die because his entire kit fits so neatly inside of it. His passive is absolute cancer. And his Q is dumb because there's so little time between realizing where he cast it and the damage. He's just obnoxious as fuck, like every single other Yordle in the game. Now I actually know how to deal with him, it's still just a pain.

He isn't really played often, though - I haven't seen Veigar in a while come to think of it.

Morde should be designed like all of Riot's new top laners.

Most of Riot's recent toplaners revolve around one skill, and all of their other skills funnel into the one skill that is meant to do the brunt of their damage.
