Boltor P is not as good. Tonkor is still great. Soma P is really good, but has since been dethroned by various shotguns. The Kohm at 100% status is amazing, as is the Tigris Prime. The Tigris Prime can one shot most things and also procs slash like crazy.

son, grab a gas melee, work on that duration invisibility, and watch him effortlessly killing even the heaviest lv 140 gunners in seconds. Loki is a god damned monster.
But he is all about utility. if you really want an offensive frame oriented around stealth, all you have left is farming ash prime, he is after all a lot easier to get than normal ash. (normal ash requires to beat regor so you can have manic grineers spawn. they usually spawn around 15 minutes in survival grineer missions. watch out for that laugh in the background, these cunts have innate nullify if they can't you unaware.And of course, the drop rate for ash parts if shittingly low)
as for ivara. as I said, the parts are TIERED. each groups of planets are tiered for spy.
from earth to ceres : ivara os
from jupiter to lua : ivara's booty
from uranus to pluto (kuva fortress included ) : ivra's bp and neuro.
once you get a part in one tier, move on to the next. that's all I can say.

I know this is going to sound dumb, but mag built around polarize/boolet attractor and a decent bow works pretty not terribly. The punchthrough means your arrows hit multiple times...in theory. Honestly haven't taken the time to properly test it but that's how it should work, if I'm not mistaken.

I don't remember when saryn was so I'll just run through the major changes you might have missed
Void keys were removed and changed to void relics. A void relics is consumed every round for the reward, but are also easier to get than void keys and increase the chances you'll get a good reward. Your old void keys with have been changed to the appropriate relic for their time, so you'll have vaulted relics. Also, you have to pick up 10 reactant for your relic to be consumed per round (meaning that if you don't pick up 10 reactant, you dont get a prime piece). Not an issue unless your squad is killing stuff right as it spawns, more on this below.
Void fissures are now on random maps, no longer is void place to farm primes. So the normal enemies spawn in the mission, but they will randomly get corrupted by fissures and change into the void versions. They then drop the previously mentioned reactant.
Fusion cores have been changed to endo. Not huge difference in system before, heiracon is used for farming endo and relics at same time now. Heiracron is infested now though, so no more mag wiping everything at 150 with polarise (which got nerfed anyways).
Kuva fortress node randomly floats around the map and you can complete missions near it to get kuva for rivens
You need to finish the story mode to unlock sorties and kuva again if you haven't done them, think the war within was the last one
