It does, and keyboards are fucked at the moment from what I can tell. The game is an absolute bitch to play on keyboard anyway, so you'd be better off with a controller. Current issues:

It is, every time you start the game you have to redo your keybinds.

I dislike the default keybinds for guard and dash and limit break and target lock.

I like setting my guard to RT which I'm used to from Bayonetta, and dash to LT which is just easier to use in combo with attacks or jumping, RB for target lock (also from Bayonetta), and Limit Break to B.

Everyone says it's a shit game but I've been enjoying it so far. I like the added escapes from being comboed/knocked down. In SV that was a problem. You'd use A and then Y to try and break out of a combo and they'd just dash to you and start again, felt like it was impossible to get out of combos without blowing 10% of your life to limit break.
