Extra, then Unlimited and then Alternative. It's a trilogy.

Extra is an average moege, you only need to do Sumika and Meiya's routes to move on to Unlimited but it's suggested you do Tama and Kei's too, I'd personally recommend 100% clearing it so you get attached to the characters though. But that's just my opinion.

Also people are real assholes when it comes to MLA spoilers in here so watch out.
