Oldfags got the wind completely taken out of their sails when they realized how fucking long it will take to complete the war effort in its current form and the other servers saw this and it basically demoralized everyone to keep playing.
Its clear to everyone besides the droniest of drones that AQ is nowhere near completed and people are starting to move on.

Druids have better threat gen on single targets AND packs of enemies, plain and simple. They also have had the problem of being able to hit the armor cap towards the end of almost every expansion something no other class can do. As a bear tank you stack armor, stamina, and agility in that order.
The reason they're regarded as "bad tanks" should be obvious. They cannot reach the def cap or block cap and therefore cannot tank raid bosses without getting blown the fuck out by crushing blows and critical hits.

The people in the officer positions are known for this and you should join a different guild. If it's memes and shitposting you're into, other guilds do that better and with less drama. Other guilds have far better loot rules as well.
If it's the raid time you like, there are tons of guilds with very similar raid times, and right now turnover is generally high due to server drama and burn out - especially guilds that have had the content on farm for awhile.

I'd suggest maintaining the friends you may have there, but burn the rest of the bridges. These guys really don't have many redeeming values and unfortunately are sort of shitty people.
