The jet dragon actually makes MORE sense than something like Rath, because it actually has a reason for why it can fly. There's a reason why human-made flying machines don't flap their wings - it DOESN'T FUCKING WORK. We have to move things at incredibly high speeds in order to make them fly, whether they be helicopter rotors or airplanes.

The jet dragon's jet propulsion gives it a method for flight which the other flying wyverns lack - it moves fast and flies like an airplane does. The other flying wyverns should not physically be capable of flight.

All animals on earth that can achieve flight do so by being incredibly light for their size or having enormous wingspans. This includes needing brittle, light bones/exoskeleton. No MH dragon should be able to fly while still being as heavily built as they are, on top of needing a lot of abuse to take down.
