I've crafted my team so they make up for my -Spd Catria. Her +Def plus Def+3 puts her at flat 35 defense so I've learned to love her this way. She can tank a Takumi hit, which I can use Reciprocal Aid from an ally to bring her back to full HP. Threaten Spd 3 equalizes the playing field and Hone Speed from Eirika just makes her great.
I don't think it's the most optimized thing but I like working around IVs.

I would rather give her Iceberg to be honest. Most units have shit Res so Moonbow isn't really that great unless you just want her to do a little more damage a little more frequently.
Just remember that Desperation 3 doesn't proc unless she has under 75% HP. That's why I gave her Ardent Sacrifice so she gives away 10 HP to an ally, which puts her right under 75% HP. I also have another ally member with Threaten Speed 3 to further increase the chances of my Julia doubling enemies.

Frankly, Chrom and Ogma do the same thing, nearly identically.
Ogma has 35 base Atk and Chrom has 37, so he's just a sliiiiiiiiiiightly less Def/Res but otherwise have identical spreads. Ogma's faster. In the end, Chrom does it better by about 4% but eh.

I've scrapped the big specials Tiki, Hawkeye and Lucius had though, because they never really become useful due to the long charge time.
The most surprising thing is how well my Lucius is doing. He has a +speed nature, so I can comfortably throw him at a unit to charge his special up and heal the party. Especially with Pain doing that 10 guaranteed damage.
In fact the more damage he survives, the better he becomes.

You're fine with +spd Camilla, you generally don't want -res nor -atk on Camilla (though if you got -atk, you want atleast +res to balance it out). You're doing fine with what you got.
So far with +spd Camilla, if using Brave Axe+ and not killer axe then you have 36 SPD on attack and 30 on defense, which is pretty good and will double most things you fight.

With Eirika in my team and a rally ATK from Sharena, she can boost her ATK to 58 and her SPD to 35. Most blue units will die in one hit. Robin, Linde, Abel, Ephraim, Cordelia, Sharena... And taco too, but I can use Bow Breaker if I want to avoid a follow-up by a HP/RES+ Takumi.
Or maybe Deathblow is better. I can reach 59 attack if I initiate the fight but I will loose the +5 speed bonus from LaD.

If you want an A skill that activates with Gronnblade's effect, you want to get Defiant Atk. But Defiant skills aren't that easy to activate though and Death Blow/Darting Blow are still really good on Nino.

It honestly depends on what are the current popular units right now. -hp is a safe bet, but I see more people carrying mages and dragons into the arena right now, so -def is probably smarter if you're not doing the training tower.
If you're worried about archers, well, you're running Camillia, so you should already be used to either avoiding them or dying in one hit anyways.
