Well Tokyo Babel is chuuni and Pygmalion is yuri with chuuni elements (probably, haven't played it but it's a Propeller game, though are magical girls considered chuuni? this is a discussion for another time) Noble Works and KoiChoco are moege.
Is that re-translation still ongoing? As far as I knew they lost interest shortly after the H-scene restoration patch, though someone else later made a different patch based on it to import translated text into original Japanese release which fixed some more minor things I think. Probably the best we're going to get unless something new popped up I don't know of.

I just checked and seems in February they said they were nearly done, though that doesn't really mean much but it seems it isn't dead.
Also seems that the full retranslation will be using the Jap version and might not be compatible with the current steam version.
