If their radar is not default and instead zoomed out like every smart person has, then its clear there is a blip where no one has vision. Easily discernible as fake. Adding to that, as the cts are the only side with silenced weapons, they have the only decoys that would not have a clear visual cue that shots are being fired. People dont just unload an ak into a wall while behind a smoke. You'd see tracers go through.

It CAN be used to trick someone into thinking you fired a non-automatic weapon to get them to try crossing or popping out to shoot you, but again, if they or anyone else checks the radar and alerts them, waste of $50.

The decoy would actually be good if you didn't have the radar signature, but since you do, its pretty fucking useless.

1) on the bombsite
2) at the other end of the alley (with an awp ofc)

cts have literally 0% chance to get at B site before the terrorists, and any countermeasure to try and stop them from rushing in is easily met with you getting shot in the back somehow
