if you have the proper usage of ogcds down and timing your geirskoguls to line up with b4b (along with other cds) then your next big improvement comes from not missing your positionals if you are, and increasing your uptime on the boss, it's really hard to say what your problems without a parse to look over, but parsing blue should not be your limit at i268 with a i270 weapon so long as your group isn't abysmal

I'm note exactly an expert, but I'm decent enough to get purple parses most of the time these days (https://www.fflogs.com/rankings/character/3034880/latest#partition=1)

Anyway, the best tip I can give you is to try to optimize your rotation for each and every fight. For example, in A11S specifically, if you're using B4B or IR before you peel off the boss/it goes invuln, your parses are going to take a hit. If you don't have Geirskogul/enough BotD time left to use it safely when an E.D.D. spawns, that can be a problem too. (In that situation you'll ideally want to hit E.D.D., the boss, and the pauldron with Geirskogul.)

One other minor thing that I can't recall if Dervy has ever addressed in his guides is to try to avoid clipping IR with Power Surge. IR will not increase Power Surge's output (or, if it does, it's so minor that I didn't even notice it when I was testing it.)
