I think Switcheroo needs more than just tweaks.
the entire ability itself is just a ball of stats. choosing between 70 attack speed or 175 range is generic and trivial as fuck. Switcheroo to me represents Jinxs distinct playstyle potential thats yet to be unlocked.

Draven catches axes, Vayne dodges shit with tumble,Twitch can go invis and ambush/flank and Ezreal has that really slippery teleporting playstyle,Kalista hop kites, Graves and Jhin have interesting reload systems to make up for stronger than normal shots. What does Jinx do thats worth pointing out? Super range? Kog'Maw,Caitlyn and Tristana also have super range. where the fuck is the cool playstyle?

we had an entire update about how unique and distinctive playstyle is a VERY important aspect on marksmen but Jinx never really got any changes not because she didnt need them but because riot was tired of her being in the limelight for an entire year before they shipped the marksman update and wanted people to try out others.

Switcheroo in my opinion is Jinx's WORST skill and quite possibly the WORST skill in the entire game from a design standpoint and I cant possible fathom how anyone could like it.

I always seem to miss one of the melee minions in the very first wave. I've tried figuring out some method of solving this problem like attacking 1 minion once and another minion twice and then waiting to last hit so they die at different times but sometimes this doesn't work. Is there any 100% way to secure all the minions in the first wave? I'm going to go watch some faker games to figure this out and will post my findings, but please share any insights you may have.

Okay, the answer is that even Faker messes this up. Missing a few minions doesn't matter at all. Getting them all is the dream, but when getting them is impossible it's just whatever.

I had the order wrong, though. The better way to do it is attack some minion twice, last hit it, then another minion once and just do last hits from there after. That seems to work for Faker.

what? pantheon's winrate is HIGHER in higher ranking. there's quite a few one trick pantheon players in challenger. his lane phase is always dominant because it's almost all point and click. if you can hover your mouse over the enemy champion then you can win lane as pantheon.

pantheon doesn't rely completely on camping bushes, it's just a really good strategy to abuse in low ranking where people don't ward well enough. in higher ranking then pantheon players will just dive with their jungler because he can take zero damage from multiple tower shots. he absolutely dominates lane in every elo.
