If you have a Gunter/Jagen to back him up. Leo can get some pretty good defenses while hitting 31 speed. This is very important because a lot of neutral+ Speed ranged hover around the 35 mark, making abusing Quick Riposte a bit easier without getting instagibbed.

Niles has one of the highest Res stats in the game, but he also has abysmally low Atk that probably hits 0 against Robin.

Rebecca has decent Res but it's not enough to outweigh WTA and she's also brand new so she's probably not taken into his consideration.

Jeorge also has similar Res to Rebecca while attacking.

That's about it.

None of them do much damage against Robin because of, again, WTA, so even if he can't oneshot them he's in absolutely no danger of dying and by no means can it be defined as 'can't stand up to them'.
