I liked playing AP poppy from time to time well before her rework, and especially once I realized how strong DFG made her burst

post-rework armor pen came pretty close but pros and the playerbase are going to pretty much force she be balanced as a bruiser/tank forever so it'll eventually be rendered about as bad as post-DFG AP poppy eventually.

Honestly just jump in Warwick is pretty easy to pick up. You only need one attack speed item and even then it's gonna overcap once you get them very low, tiamat or cinderhulk are mandatory, your ultimate heals you a lot so don't always just use it to start fights, sheen items are op.

I'm consistently getting a weird issue where the visual effects do not show up for a short while but the game plays as normal. This means effects caused by abilities don't happen, from ranged abilities to status effects, as well as minor things like the gold earned pop-ups and AN ENEMY HAS BEEN SLAIN. The game's mechanics function fine, the healthbars drop as they should, the game acknowledges when someone flashes, and there's no particular delay to my actions, but there's just a complete obstruction of visual information besides raw basics.

Is this a lag thing or is this a bug I should report?
