You've certainly improved with the goat. Perspective is definitely a thing you still need to work on. Even on Asriel both of the horns should be fully visible from that angle judging by how his eyes are and they should be turned a bit so they aren't shown just from the side in a flat manner. Asriels hands are actually pretty good but for some reason Frisks fingers are really long and thin with no palm? What happened?

I just figured it out what I dislike about the game the most - it's that it plainly makes Papyrus' character a goofy bumbling idiot who, despite trying hard oh so hard to prove himself worthy is only overlooked by the others (except for Sans, who just seems to pity his bro, and maybe, Undyne).
To me it all seems like basically ANY of his achievements are supposed to be "misunderstood" and all the credit is given to him exclusively out of pity but otherwise he's just a cheerful scatterbrain who is utterly pathetic in both battle prowess amd intellect and only deserves to be, again, pitied like a retarded child.
Shame because I believe he deserves better for all of his hard work, even if he fucks up ever so often. At least he's extremely extroverted and outgoing. I honestly prefer him over edgy tryhard Sans.

I kinda thought at first that Sans was always fucking around, but considering he outright says he doesn't like sarcasm and such, I think he's completely sincere about his praise towards his brother.

And I dunno, maybe I just read the game differently, but it always looked to me a bit more like while he's somewhat of a scatterbrain, he's not exactly an idiot and nor is he treated as such. He's quirky as hell, but in a very endearing way. I hardly laughed at him as much as I laughed along with him. Several times he's passive-aggressive, cleverly mocking, or is genuinely insightful, and things he achieves tend to be more obvious with hindsight, rather than immediately.

It's just my opinion though, it's only as valid as yours.

Do remember that it's very much fanon that tends to assume Papyrus has the intelligence of a 5-year old and that anything he does can be attributed to Sans helping or doing it way better than he does.

I mean right on top of the list is the fact that he's the only monster who won't kill Frisk even by accident. His phone conversations especially add a lot to his characterization, he's worldly if rather quirky, he's completely on point about befriending Undyne, it's just that much of it is behind the boastful and very open personality he has. And even that gets tested a couple times, such as geno where he's at his best, or King Papyrus.

Opinions and all, but I really don't think the game itself is setting him up to be an idiot.

To be fair, Papyrus actually is pretty strong. But he's so kind he would never actually use his full strength against anyone. I don't really think he's a pitiable character, he has plenty of admirable traits (he's cheerful, responsible, hard working, friendly, etc.) and by the end of the game, he gets what he truly wants - plenty of friends who accept him. He has some tragic elements like all UT characters do but overall he has a good life and is genuinely happy.
