What kit, Azura's +3 spd? Azura's skills aside from the res buff are garbage for a support unit, they're all offensive. Olivia replaces that with an atk buff and mediocre stats.

Azura is better if you need an extra attacker, as she's actually a good one, otherwise Ninian is plain better for supporting, with a better kit for it. Olivia is quite different, because her buff is actually great for some teams and units like Nino, but she's made of wet tissues while Azura is more balanced in this regard.
