What is the purpose of the dancer to you? If you answered as a combat unit you would be wrong. Dancers are first and foremost support units. They shouldn't see combat if you are wise enough to use your team composition wisely as well as spacing. You plan around the strengths/weaknesses of the entire team. Ninian and Azura do different things altogether despite them doing the same job and sharing the same color. Azura targets DEF while Ninian targets RES and Azura shits on most reds hard while Ninian takes out RES weak targets. Azura works better with mages while Ninian works better with the phys damage dealers.

Yes this is exactly the problem I had with Conquest. The game makes it abundantly obvious that you're fighting on the wrong side. Every time you win a battle you try being all noble and going "We'll spare your lives if you surrender!" And then Hans comes by and starts slaughtering everyone. I can understand this happening once. It might be an error in judgment. Maybe you hired the wrong guy for the job. But it keeps happening, and literally all of the royals are against this. Just have him executed for treason holy shit. Or have him assassinated discreetly, Kaze or Beruka or Niles would probably be able to pull it off.

They try to play it off as "we don't want to kill all the Hoshidans, but we need to make some sacrifices and wait for the exact right time to strike" and then that time turns out to be when all the Hoshidans are dead or defeated and Garon is literally already sitting on the throne.

Speaking of discreet assassins, I get that they wanted one who wasn't of the Thief/Assassin class, but flying around on a bigass dragon wielding an axe isn't very stealthy. And having higher DEF than your average General also doesn't come across as very Assassin-like. What were they thinking with Beruka?

Given the contents of the banner that goes with this map, we'll likely get a mix of flyers and armors with Michalis. A good flier will trigger the fliers who are most likely going to be lance units.

For me the only issue is that I lack a good flier other than Cordelia who is +DEF/-RES. The rest of my options are solid between my multitude of red swords/Ursula and Ninian/Hector.

I think I burned less than five this game. Two or three for a few Lunatic missions I didn't want to spend stamina on again, and one or two out of stubbornness in the training tower.

Dueling crests are kind of useful but I've still got like fifteen stored up.

And stamina potions I guess those are okay.

Olivia is better pure support while Ninian is a better offense dancer who targets the enemy RES meaning she takes on Eldigan and any weak RES reds. Azura falls in between the happy medium of Ninian and Olivia in being both blue like Ninian and a phys unit like Olivia.
