Yes it unlocks around Tam-Tara, but I only use PotD to bridge the 25-30 gap to get the job quest. Though when I said most classes I really mean most; my DoH/L classes are all well over my DoW/M classes in level and I still haven't touched 4 of them.

It took long because the exp was spread extremely thin. If they were concentrated into one combat class I would be 50 and in HW by now. Alas I wanted to play everything to see what clicks, what doesn't and what specific class characteristics to look out for when playing with other people.
