Why do people think Winston will be meta? His barrier is still ineffective and low health and his weapon still sucks, especially against a tank meta. Dva literally outclasses him at every ability.

Yeah but it barely blocks damage. It can be good in 1vs1 situations but most of the time you'll have more damaged blocked as Dva than as Winston, simply because people move out of the barrier to quick or it dies to soon.

You can't lose fat in a specific area that you choose, area of fat loss is people specific. For example, one person might lose fat from their stomach first and their legs last, where as other people might lose fat from their legs and arms first and stomach last. You can't control that and building muscle in that area doesn't help that rate of fat loss in that area.
