Honestly, I find the idea of FE4 having an avatar okay if he/she barely affects the plot but the problem is how they do it. Your character dies at the end of first gen and their kid is another character in second part. Or Avatar is Oifey's tag along friend who does nothing in part one and only becomes a unit in part two. My friend finally got me to play this game, since he said I get something like 50 orbs that I wouldn't otherwise get after tomorrow.

Anyway, I've done about 2 1/2 pulls and need some advice.

My friend says I got really lucky on 5*s, but their IV's are crap.

My question is how much do IV's matter. I like the characters in princesses, should I continue to roll in the banner for better or swap over to another?

What kind of team should I make. He suggests trying to get a Nino, and running - Nino,Lucina/fill, Erika, Linde

Nothing, I just started today. I just started with mixed luck. My first 9 orbs had a Linde, then I backed out due to lack of grey, red, or blue. 20 more orbs gave me a shitty Lucina and Erika. Next 20 gave me Elise. The 20 after that gave me another Lucina, but this was was decent.
