I'm not sure which hair colour would have the worst time. Brown would have Rance, black would have Kenshin and Crook, maybe blue, red or blonde would have the roughest time. Funny thing is that Ludo only finished translations that had other translators joining the work and those translations aren't anything exceptionally good compared to solo translations by Aru and Maria done for the games with bigger scripts and have some mistakes I am sure.

At least Widenyo has the red-haired warrior girl from Mamatoto say "Nnn" when it should have been something like "Mmm". He also had trouble correctly translating pages from Japanese Alicesoft wiki.

You could always try older Rance games. Big Bang is another Alicesoft strategy game. Toushin Toshi II is an amazing dungeon crawler RPG. Toushin Toshi I is a passable dungeon crawler RPG, besides one place where I was stuck figuring out a simple puzzle (I figured it out on my own, of course) it was a nice and quick experience, with the endgame being pretty hype.

Mamatoto is also good, can't comment on it too much because I didn't play it too far. The version I downloaded needed a bit of work to make the music play though.

I was trying to see if you can reach and possibly attack Okayama before turn 12, which is when she tells everyone to go to war with you. I want to have the highest average level I can get, so I thought it would be convenient to get Kaen at least a little earlier than turn 64 when the Holy Flame would take it over.

I didn't think it would work, so I made a backup save file at the beginning of the national chapter. However, not only did it not work, but I couldn't even get to Okayama because you need Sae to use the human cannon, but apparently Sae is not recruitable until after you've seen her spying events.

I don't really mind being at war with everyone at once. They're not really a threat anyway. I had Iga taken by turn 7 but then I hit the roadblock of no Sangoku shortcut.

Yeah, it is impossible to have Kaen join you before the Holy Frame takes over Okayama. She already takes her sweet time inspecting all of the areas in the nation chapter which takes up most of the turns anyway, which sort of sucks, since she doesn't have as much screen time as the girls from the start of the game, Sion becomes a heroine late too, but that only depends on when you finish off the Nightmare Eyes.

Kunagi is indeed better than Senna on unit standards, the only thing better about Senna is that she has the best healing ability in the game, but her evasion stats aren't as good as Kunagi's.

It's usually not that difficult to clear most characters so long as you plan ahead on who you recruit. Like Abao Akuu being a pain in the ass, so you decide to clear him and then you know you need to recruit Erika and Nanana right from the start, so while you're at it you clear Comet since you need her anyway.

The game also automatically records when you clear a character, iirc, so if you just ran out of time you can go back to an earlier save and finish up that character quickly.

Well, unless you want to finish the game with all those characters cleared at the same time rather than just have the game track your completion or see the events themselves.

I just wanted to use it just for the sole fact that I've hardly ever cheated in a game before in my life using those type of methods, so I wanted to try it out, and see how much easier the game would become if I did.

Also, it can be quite fun to use when you want to play as a character who's method of unlocking is quite hard. In Sengoku Rance, you can't replace generic units with other units, but while I used SpoilerAL there, I was able to get Yukihime's strength very high, and she was hitting like a tank, even though originally she was just supposed to be an ordinary miko. I also found it quite cool to play as non-recruitable units that you can't even use in the game, like Kamui, Kuya, and some of the people in the Holy Frame for example, you can even go as far as to change the CG's and names for the character, which all in all is quite funny.
