Try out Duelyst, classic packs have very good droprates and you can easily build viable decks while lacking core cards because you get to mulligan 1 card per turn.

If late game cards are unusable just because they're late game, then wanting to buff them is utterly stupid, just like you. Whether the meta slows down or not is here COMPLETELY IRRELEVANT. Call of the Wild is a late game card, fullstop. A very balanced one, one that doesn't need any kind of buff, and that will still be unusable as long as late game cards will be unusable, if only they really are unusable.
